Payments
If you commissioned work from me, I ask you to pay me via PayPal, that's the easiest way for me. If you do not choose 'Friends and Family' for your payment, to be protected, I understand that, however you will have to pay the difference (meaning that if you send me $20, I will not get 20, and you have to pay that difference in addition). I do not work for free, or for beer. The only acceptable currency is money.

Storing Data
If you send me an Inquiry of any sort, the data you send us will be saved by Google, and third parties. By sending us E-Mails, or getting in contact otherwise, you consent to us storing that information.
We also reserve the right to contact you in the future for follow-up questions, surveys, or outstanding payments. We store your data (Address, E-Mail, Name, etc.) confidentially, and will not use it for any other purposes than business,
during the creation process of your product.
We use Google Analytics.
Intellectual Property
Whether the IP (Intellectual Property, such as images, videos, code, etc.) we create belongs to you, or us after our co-operation ends will be defined before signing any sort of contract, and in it. If you use our IP differently than agreed upon (e.g. You agree to mention us when posting our work to your social Media, and don't do that), we reserve the right to issue a copyright claim, which may result in legal costs on our end, or for you, which you will be responsible for paying for. We are not responsible for paying for any additional costs you may have from violating our agreement. We also reserve the right to decline any future work with you, should any violation regarding our IP happen.
More Information
An E-mail by itself is free-of-charge, if you decide you want to work with us, you will get an estimate, and a contract, to which you have to agree, before we work together.
Once that agreement has been signed, you agree to pay the amount of money agreed upon in the final estimate as soon as possible, but no later than two weeks after the product(s) (May include terms like: Design, Video, Website, Photos) are declared finished by us. If you want changes made after we declared the product finished, we agree to fulfill those without extra charges (to an extent defined by us), but limited to the products agreed upon before, and nothing else. This does not include maintenance of products. If you want a Website, and need maintenance for it, that is handled separately. There are no refunds, or cancelling the agreement once it has been signed, and we begin working on your project. We will still charge the number of working hours already put in at the point of cancellation. If you decide not to pay those in the above defined two weeks, we will send two more reminders within 14 working days, before we take further legal steps.
